Agenda: Case Consultation and Support

  Join us April 21st for peer consultation and support. This is an opportunity to learn from and support each other so we grow professionally and help one another.

 We are excited to have David Donovan and Kim Vandergeest-Wallace present a cases that they would love to get feedback on. 

Dr. David Donovan will discuss a case concerning a 21 year old gender-queer, asexual art student who spends most of "their" non-school time online with others who advice "them" about "their" schizoid and hypochondriacal personality issues ... And "they" believe "they" have a dissociative disorder and suffer from PTSD. David would be interested in hearing from members about treating this person who feels like "their" online support system is a life-line even though there appears to be some encouragement from said community to "stay true to oneself" even if it means being unhappy and unwell. 

Kim Vadergeest-Wallace will be presenting a case of a  a “heterosexual” male who can’t ejaculate inside his wife even when their goal is to have a baby. Kim says,  Folks, I need your help with this one!

Our meeting will take place at the UMKC Administrative Center at 5115 Oak Street in the Brookside Conference Room.
